Job summary

PT Suntech Plastics Industries Batam is seeking a Quality Assurance and QMS Specialist to uphold our high standards across ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and RBA. The role focuses on planning and conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and driving continual improvement.

You will review customer and government documents, manage non-conformances, KPIs, and changes, and support certification initiatives while promoting HSE and 5S practices on site.

Qualifications

• Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949 / RBA with auditing skills.
• Review customer documents and create internal documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 5+ years of experience in the same field.
• Handle external customer docs and internal legal docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and manage regular customer, internal and supplier audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
• Socialization of HSE & 5S to develop employee awareness of the importance of HSE & safety.
• Manage and maintain quality-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
• Investigate and document non-conformances, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and track their implementation.
• Define and monitor KPI to track quality progress and identify areas needing attention.
• Manage changes to processes, procedures, or systems, ensuring impact on quality is evaluated.
• Monitor and analyse customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Review customer documents (e.g., NDA, contract or QMS requirement) and create internal documents to fulfil customer and government requirements.
• Work toward and maintain certifications or accreditations related to quality management systems.

Qualifications
