Rasa Group – PT Multi Citra Rasa is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to strengthen the HSE function across manufacturing operations. You will implement OHS/K3 systems, environmental compliance, waste management, and regulatory reporting, collaborating with GA and operations teams.

Requirements include AK3 Umum, a degree in Environmental Engineering or OHS/K3, 3+ years in HSE, and proficiency in English and MS 365. Join us to drive safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Diploma in OHS/K3.
• Minimum 3 years in HSE, K3, or Environmental Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Active AK3 Umum certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of K3, manpower, and environmental regulations.
• Good understanding of B3 waste management and environmental compliance.
• Familiar with SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Teams; Canva/Photoshop/CorelDRAW a plus.

We are looking for a HSE Specialist to strengthen our HSE function and ensure the effective implementation of K3, environmental, ISO, and waste management systems across Rasa Group – PT Multi Citra Rasa.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Implement, evaluate, and improve Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) systems.
• Manage environmental compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting.
• Implement and maintain SMK3 / ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Monitor and manage B3 and Non-B3 waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Manage and supervise third-party waste management vendors.
• Oversee the proper handling and utilization process of expired products.
• Collaborate with GA and operational teams to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Prepare HSE reports, evaluations, and supporting documentation for management and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety / K3.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, K3, or Environmental Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Active AK3 Umum certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of K3, manpower, and environmental regulations.
• Good understanding of B3 waste management and environmental compliance.
• Familiar with SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
