Job summary

WIK Group in Batam seeks an experienced EHS professional to join our manufacturing team. You will ensure full compliance with Indonesian EHS regulations and international standards, lead safety initiatives, and manage audits across ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3.

The role requires implementing regulations, training, and promoting a zero-harm culture. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing EHS, possesses relevant certifications, and communicates

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with environmental, occupational health and safety management systems implementation.
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & SMK3 internal Auditor, First Aid and K3 Lingkungan.

Responsibilities

• Ensures full compliance with Indonesian statutory EHS requirements and international standards.
• Manages EHS operations: RKL-RPL, SIINAS, SIMPEL, P2K3 reports, safety talks, P2K3 meetings.
• Conducts regular EHS inspections, HIRADC/JSA assessments, and incident reporting/follow-up.
• Performs audits related to EHS; supports ISO 14001, ISO 45001/SMK3 maintenance and audits.
• Updates new national regulations and implements at factory; controls employee behavior to comply EHS rules; manages hazardous waste from packaging to disposal.

Your Tasks

• Ensures full compliance with Indonesian statutory EHS requirements and international standards. This role provides strong safety culture and zero-harm environment.
• All EHS operation’s needs, RKL-RPL, SIINAS, SIMPEL, P2K3 report, safety talk, P2K3 meeting.
• Regular EHS inspection, HIRADC/JSA assessment, duty and traffic accident report and follow up, supervise permit (Hot Work, WAH, Electrical etc.).
• Audit: related to EHS, conduct internal and external audit, support maintenance and auditing of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 / SMK3.
• Update the new national regulation to implement at factory, control employee behavior to comply EHS regulation, manage hazardous waste, start from packaging until disposal.

Your Profile

• Diploma and above in engineering, minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position in manufacturing.
• Familiar with critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems within WIK facility.
• Certified with: Ahli K3 Umum, ISO 9001,14001,45001 & SMK3 internal Auditor, First Aid and K3 Lingkungan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Fluent in English, solid skill for Microsoft office and good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
