Job summary

Central Park Mall seeks an experienced HSE Compliance and Audit professional to establish standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires AK3 Umum certification and 1+ year of relevant experience in HSE auditing.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement safe work practices, develop guidelines, and train staff on essential HSE topics. The position will involve shift work and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental or Industry) or Public Health.
• At least 1 year of experience in HSE Compliance and Audit K3L.
• Proficiency with compliance administration, document filing, and reporting systems.
• Must have AK3 Umum certification.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex regulations.
• Willing to work shifts and public holidays.

Job description

• Establish HSE standards for tenants, vendors, and other third parties to ensure safe work
• Work with related functions to conduct risk mapping (risk ranking), hazard identification, and risk control for various types of work available in relevant departments
• Conduct reviews of facility compliance with applicable HSE, industry, and/or regulatory standards and provide recommendations to relevant functions
• Develop standards, guidelines, regulations, and legislation, and update the company's compliance status based on predetermined parameters
• Create HSE campaigns and promotions based on agreed programs
• Provide training and/or serve as an HSE trainer on required topics
• Conduct analyses and reviews of accident statistics, non-conformities, and other deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Environmental or Industry), Public Health
• At least 1 year of working experience in HSE Compliance and Audit K3L
• Proficiency in compliance administration, document filing, and reporting systems
• Have Certified AK3 Umum is a must
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
