Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Makassar, is seeking a Coordinator - Safety to supervise HSE procedures, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety training initiatives in the Summa Parecon Mall Makassar site.

The role requires a minimum D3/S1 in HSE with 3+ years of experience, AK3U and First Aid certifications are advantageous, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in HSE, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer or related role.
• Knowledge of job safety analysis, hazard identification, risk management, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and accident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of HSE procedures and safety standards across all operational areas.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety analyses to identify and control potential risks.
• Coordinate safety training, HSE awareness programs, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency drills.
• Handle and investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and emergencies, and develop follow up actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare safety reports and ensure all HSE activities comply with procedures and regulations.
