Job summary

PT Manggala Gelora Perkasa (Senayan City) is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to lead and oversee the mall's security team, ensuring safety, emergency procedures, and prompt incident response.

You will monitor patrols, CCTV, access control, and manpower deployment while coordinating with tenants, police, and emergency services, and producing security reports with integrity and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or equivalent, preferably in malls/buildings.
• Gada Madya Security Certification is preferred; military or law enforcement background is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV systems, emergency procedures, Indonesian criminal law, and security regulations.
