Job summary

PT. Good Logistics Terminal in Jakarta is seeking a qualified QHSE Manager to lead and enhance our integrated QHSE framework. You will drive ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 implementations across assets, audit programs, and risk controls while fostering a safety-first culture.

The role requires coordinating audits, managing documentation, and delivering safety training to personnel. Familiarity with QHSES legislation and industry guidelines will help advance our tenants and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• K3 Certification from the Ministry of Manpower is a must.
• IMS Certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ISO 27001) required.
• Familiar with CTPAT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, verify, and improve the QHSE profile, culture, systems, behaviors, and policies based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.
• Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners to support the company's core safety values.
• Promote the implementation of QHSES legislation, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant industry instruments and guidelines across all owned assets.
• Review, implement, and audit the QHSES Management System.
• Review QHSES and maintain the document control system.
• Provide safety training for personnel in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate external audits with the client's QHSES management system and ensure non-conformities are closed within agreed timeframes.
• Coordinate and conduct Internal Audits and ensure non-conformities are closed within agreed timeframes.
• Internal investigations of accidents and serious incidents and onboard units as needed.
• Provide QHSES support for tenders and bids.
• Prepare, review, and document management review reports, annual QHSE action plans, and safety reports for tenants and clients.
