Job summary

PT Cahaya Samoedera Bersaudara is seeking a QHSE specialist to join our team in Jakarta to oversee internal audits, ensure policy compliance, and drive improvements across the organization. This role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards while developing SOPs and training programs.

You will monitor incidents, support external audits and certifications, and collaborate across departments to elevate QHSE performance and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits for all departments, including Finance & Accounting, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Identify and assess risks related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
Develop, review, and update SOPs, forms, and documentation to support QHSE compliance.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Provide training and awareness programs on QHSE policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions to improve company standards.
Collaborate with different departments to enhance QHSE performance and compliance.
Assist in external audits and certification processes.
