PT Sadikun BBM is seeking an HSE Officer to execute Health, Safety, and Environment activities across Jakarta operations. You will conduct hazard identifications, risk assessments, incident investigations, and coordinate HSE programs with multiple departments.

You will prepare monthly HSE performance reports, support emergency response exercises, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe workplace culture. A proactive, communicative approach is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HSE, safety, or related field (if stated in ad)
• Experience with hazard assessment and risk controls is preferred
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments (HIRADC)
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations across departments
• Support implementation of established HSE work programs
• Conduct safety patrols and HSE inspections
• Provide HSE equipment and resources in the field
• Run HSE awareness activities (bulletins, inductions, briefings)
• Coordinate employee health checks and wellness activities
• Manage domestic and hazardous waste (B3)
• Conduct emergency response activities and simulations
• Measure HSE parameters (noise, lighting, etc.) as scheduled

The HSE Officer role involves executing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) activities and processes within the organization.

Key responsibilities

Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control establishment (HIRADC)

Identify HSE regulations and evaluate compliance

Implement established HSE work programs

Conduct safety patrols and HSE inspections

Provide HSE equipment in the field

Conduct HSE awareness activities (HSE Bulletin, Safety Induction, Safety Briefing)

Coordinate implementation of employee health checks

Manage domestic waste and hazardous waste (B3)

Conduct emergency response activities and emergency response simulations

Measure HSE parameters (Noise, Lighting, Work Climate, Chemical Factors, Grounding, Wastewater, etc.) according to schedule

About you

Able to handle incidents and participate in accident investigations

Monitor implementation of HSE corrective actions by each department

Prepare monthly HSE performance reports

Attend and prepare meeting minutes for P2K3 meetings
