Job summary

PJ-TEK MANDIRI is seeking an HSE Officer in Indonesia to support safety and environmental programs across operations and projects.

The role focuses on preparing and managing HSE documents, CSMS, and risk assessments, plus coordinating safety drills and inductions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in safety or related field and at least two years of HSE experience, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HSE roles.
• Experience preparing and managing HSE documents.
• Ability to organize and coordinate safety drills and emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage HSE documents for operations and projects.
• Prepare and manage CSMS documents according to customer requirements.
• Organize and coordinate Safety Drill activities (fire simulations, evacuations, etc.).
• Ensure OHS and environmental programs comply with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Create and review JSA, HIRADC, and other risk control documents.
• Conduct Safety Inductions for new employees, vendors, or visitors.
• Perform routine inspections of workshops, warehouses, and vehicles.

Job description

HSE Officer to support and provide the following scope and requirement :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) of Safety or related degree
• 2 Years Experience in HSE Officer
• Preparing and managing HSE documents needed for operational and project activities.
• Preparing and managing Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documents according to customer requirement
• Organizing and coordinating Safety Drill activities regularly, such as fire simulations, emergency evacuations, and other emergency responses.
• Ensuring the implementation of the OHS and environmental programs runs in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
• Creating and reviewing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), as well as other risk control documents.
• Conducting Safety Induction for new employees, vendors, or guests entering the work area.
• Performing routine inspections of workshops, warehouses, and vehicles.
