Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking an HSE professional to develop and monitor safety and environmental programs. The role requires conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, JSA, and environmental impact analyses, with ongoing inspections and incident investigations.

You will manage PPE and safety equipment, lead inductions and safety meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations. Iso standards familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in IT service industries.
• General Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental management.
• Familiarity with HIRADC, JSA, CSMS, HSE Plan, and ISO 45001/14001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.

Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and environmental aspect-impact assessments.

Conduct HSE inspections, incident investigations, and prepare incident reports and corrective action plans.

Manage HSE equipment and supplies, including PPE, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and safety signs.

Conduct HSE inductions, safety awareness programs, and regular safety meetings for employees and subcontractors.

Monitor environmental management, including hazardous waste (B3) handling and disposal.

Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.

Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including CSMS, HSE Plans, HIRADC, JSA, work permits, and audit records.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits, management reviews, and follow-up on audit findings.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in IT service industries.
