Job summary

PT Sumberdaya Sewatama ( Part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) seeks an experienced HSE professional to implement safety policies and drive risk mitigation across mining operations. You will conduct risk assessments, develop SOPs, and lead safety training and audits on site.

The role requires 3–5 years of HSE experience, relevant certifications, and willingness to travel for field operations in a demanding environment. Strong communication with diverse teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of HSE/Safety experience with relevant certifications.
• Willing to travel and perform field operations in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety awareness and compliance programs across mining operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Manage emergency preparedness and response programs, including drills and incident evaluations.
• Provide safety training, inductions, and employee awareness campaigns.
• Prepare HSE reports, including daily activities, audits, and incident records.
• Monitor, investigate, and report abnormal or unsafe operational activities.

Job description

Ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across mining operations by implementing HSE policies, identifying and mitigating workplace risks, promoting safety awareness, conducting inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance to prevent incidents and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

3-5 years of experience in HSE/Safety, with certifications (e.g., AK3 Umum, AK3L, POP, POM, SMKP, or equivalent) will be an advantage

Willing to travel frequently and perform field operations in a dynamic, high-intensity work environment

Effective communication with internal technical and external teams
