Job summary

Adaro Water is seeking an HSE support to assist in collecting and preparing occupational health, safety and environment reports in Bulungan, North Kalimantan. The role supports the HSE Officer in ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements in OHS systems.

Responsibilities include executing safety programs, inspections, trainings, health campaigns, and maintaining PPE and first aid supplies, fostering a strong OHS culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Certification in K3LH/HSE.
• Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Assist HSE Officer in collecting and preparing OHS & ENV reports.
• Monitor OHS & ENV compliance with regulations and enhance OHS systems.
• Execute OHS programs: inspections, P5M briefings, safety talks, training, health campaigns, first aid, waste management, accident reporting.

Job description

Assist the HSE Officer in collecting, compiling, and preparing Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS & ENV) reports.

Monitor OHS & Environment compliance in accordance with the latest regulations and drive innovations in the implementation of existing OHS systems in coordination with the HSE Officer.

Execute OHS & Environment programs, including inspections, P5M (pre-shift briefings), safety talks, housekeeping, Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health (IHOH), first aid, internal training, health campaigns, morning exercises, HRA, MCU, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, accident reporting, etc.

Ensure the availability of PPE, safety equipment, and first aid supplies, and foster an OHS culture.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) education in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Certified in K3LH/HSE

Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan
