Job summary

Pjtekmandiri is seeking an HSE Officer to support safety management across projects and operations. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining HSE and CSMS documentation, organizing safety drills, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and client requirements.

The candidate will develop and review JSA and HIRADC documents, conduct safety inductions, and perform regular inspections of workshops, warehouses, and vehicles to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Safety or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Officer.
• Experience preparing HSE and CSMS documents.
• Experience organizing safety drills (fire simulations, evacuations).
• Knowledge of OHS and environmental programs per policies/regulations.
• Experience creating and reviewing JSA and HIRADC documents.
• Conduct safety inductions for new employees, vendors, or guests.
• Perform routine inspections of workshops, warehouses, and vehicles.

Job description

HSE Officer to support and provide the following scope and requirement :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) of Safety or related degree
• 2 Years Experience in HSE Officer
• Preparing and managing HSE documents needed for operational and project activities.
• Preparing and managing Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documents according to customer requirement
• Organizing and coordinating Safety Drill activities regularly, such as fire simulations, emergency evacuations, and other emergency responses.
• Ensuring the implementation of the OHS and environmental programs runs in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
• Creating and reviewing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), as well as other risk control documents.
• Conducting Safety Induction for new employees, vendors, or guests entering the work area.
• Performing routine inspections of workshops, warehouses, and vehicles.
