Zusammenfassung

PT Triton Global Maritim is seeking an experienced HSE professional to monitor and implement the Safety Management System (SMS) across all vessels. You will conduct regular HSE audits and lead in the development of Job Safety Analyses and comprehensive risk assessments for marine operations.

You will investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, coordinate safety inductions, organize drills and workshops, and promote a strong safety culture across the fleet.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years as an HSE professional in oil & gas or maritime.
• Experience with Offshore Support Vessels (AHTS, PSV, Crewboats) preferred.
• Familiarity with offshore marine operations and charterer requirements.

Monitor and implement the company's Safety Management System (SMS) onboard all vessels.

Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and reviews on vessels to identify areas for improvement.

Lead and assist in the development of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and comprehensive Risk Assessments for marine operations.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses onboard vessels to determine root causes.

Coordinate and deliver safety inductions for newly joined crew members and onshore personnel.

Organize and monitor regular safety drills, safety meetings, and HSE workshops onboard the vessels.

Promote a strong safety culture and behavioral-based safety programs across the fleet.

Develop and distribute safety flashes, posters, and educational materials regarding offshore hazards.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reports for management and clients.

Assist in preparing HSE documentation for client tenders and pre-qualification processes.

Requirement:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HSE professional in the oil and gas or maritime industry.
Specific experience working with Offshore Support Vessels (AHTS, PSV, Crewboats, etc.) is preferred.
Familiarity with offshore marine operations and charterer requirements.
