Job summary

PT Triton Global Maritim is seeking an experienced HSE professional to monitor and implement the Safety Management System (SMS) across all vessels. You will conduct regular HSE audits and lead in the development of Job Safety Analyses and comprehensive risk assessments for marine operations.

You will investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, coordinate safety inductions, organize drills and workshops, and promote a strong safety culture across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as an HSE professional in oil & gas or maritime.
• Experience with Offshore Support Vessels (AHTS, PSV, Crewboats) preferred.
• Familiarity with offshore marine operations and charterer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement SMS on all vessels.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and reviews on vessels.
• Lead development of JSA and risk assessments for marine operations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes.
• Coordinate and deliver safety inductions for crew and onshore staff.
• Organize safety drills, safety meetings, and workshops onboard vessels.
• Promote a strong safety culture and behavioral-based safety programs.
• Develop and distribute safety flashes, posters, and educational materials about offshore hazards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reports for management and clients.
• Assist in preparing HSE documentation for tenders and pre-qualification processes.
