Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in public health, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations across production and operational areas.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and other HSE awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor the proper implementation and usage of PPE.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support emergency preparedness and drills.
• Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management and chemical handling and other environmental compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and records.
• Promote and improve safety awareness and a positive safety culture in the workplace.

Job description

Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, including identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and response programs, including emergency drills.

Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, chemical handling, and other environmental compliance requirements.

Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and records.

Promote and continuously improve safety awareness and a positive safety culture within the workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Having a General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to be placed in Serang (Banten).
