Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking an HRIS Specialist to meticulously manage confidential employee data and advance HRIS functionality in our Head Office in Jakarta. You will develop automated workflows using Power Automate/Power Apps, provide analytic insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic HR decisions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across HR processes and lifecycle management, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology,IT/Software Development or Automation System.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, reporting, and HR processes.
• Experience in developing automation solutions and digital workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, AI tools, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in system developer, systemenhancement, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• The HRIS Specialist plays a key role in transforming HR operations through effective data management, system enhancement, automation development, and AI-enabled solutions.
• The role is responsible for maintaining reliable HR data, optimizing HRIS functionality, and building automated processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• By leveraging analytics, emerging technologies, and digital tools, the HRIS Specialist delivers actionable workforce insights, supports strategic decision-making, and drives continuous improvement across HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
