PT Khalifah Semantic Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HRGA professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This role blends human resources expertise with general administration, serving as a key operational support function for our organisation.

The HRGA professional will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the overall administrative efficiency of the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Proven 2-4 years in HR or HR & Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labour regulations.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, records management, and offboarding.
• Administer payroll processes, benefits, and compensation in line with local regulations.
• Process and maintain personnel documentation and employment contracts with confidentiality.
• Support HR policy development and implementation aligned with Indonesian law.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Handle general administrative duties including office management and correspondence.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Liaise with government agencies and external vendors on HR and administrative matters.
• Support employee relations and help address workplace concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
