Job summary

KitaHire Indonesia is partnering with a global leader in agricultural commodities to recruit an experienced HR Manager for onsite work in Bandar Lampung. The role leads HR, IR and payroll activities across a labour-intensive operation, ensuring compliant and effective people management.

The successful candidate will drive recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning while collaborating with operations and external authorities to sustain a compliant and productive

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Relations, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably with experience as HR/HRGA Supervisor.
• Strong practical knowledge of Indonesian employment/labour regulations.
• Experience in industrial relations and employee relations, including dealings with government authorities.
• Proficiency in English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems; plan manpower according to business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws and manage employee relations and grievances.
• Plan and manage payroll, attendance, overtime, leave and benefits administration.
• Prepare regular HRGA reports for leadership and monitor manpower costs and turnover.
