PT Limin Marine & Offshore, based in Jakarta Selatan, seeks an HR leader with at least five years in the same role. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, along with strong payroll, tax, and employee benefits experience.
You will drive recruitment, labor relations, training, performance management, and compensation programs, and collaborate with GA and IT to implement HRIS and ensure compliance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position
Fluent in Mandarin & English, both spoken and written.
Preferably have experience in working at Marine Company or Oil & Gas
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience in managing payroll, tax, and employee benefits.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
People oriented and results driven.
Ability to develop work systems, procedures and mechanisms within the HRGA Department
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company.
Labor Relations: Manage and maintain a good working relationship between the company and its employees, particularly with labor unions and employee representatives.
Training & Development: Organize and oversee training programs for employee skill development and career progression.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations and feedback.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits programs, and ensure that compensation is competitive and in line with industry standards.
HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements and company standards and provide advice on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement: Develop programs to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and morale.
Labor Relations: Manage and maintain a good working relationship between the company and its employees, particularly with labor unions and employee representatives.
Collective Bargaining: Lead negotiations for collective bargaining agreements and ensure the company’s interests are represented while maintaining positive relations with workers.
Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and conflicts between employees and management, including addressing complaints.
Compliance & Legal Affairs: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and collective agreements.
Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures that govern industrial relations practices in the company.
Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and foster open communication between employees and management to avoid conflicts.
Training & Awareness: Educate employees and management on industrial relations policies, labor rights, and legal compliance.
Prepare reports for the CEO using HR metrics
Collaborate with General Affairs (GA) to ensure effective support for facilities, logistics, and employee welfare.
Work closely with IT to ensure the integration of HRIS, enhance data security, and support digital transformation initiatives.
