Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in multi-business companies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements.

Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management and employee relations.

Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual capability (Indonesian and English) is highly desirable.

Willing to travel out of town for work and be based in SCBD, South Jakarta.
