PT Sarana Agro Indojaya (Surabaya) seeks an HR professional to partner with the business in managing human resources. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, development and industrial relations.

The position requires a minimum college degree in related fields and 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong communication and confidentiality skills. Manufacturing/agribusiness exposure is a plus. On-site work in Surabaya is expected.

PT Sarana Agro Indojaya is seeking an HR professional who can serve as a business partner in managing human resources. This position will handle comprehensive HR processes, from recruitment, employee administration, to development and industrial relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from needs assessment, sourcing, screening, interviews, to onboarding
• Handle hiring needs for operational, technical, and support function positions
• Manage employee administration, personnel data, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Support orientation implementation, training, performance evaluation, and employee development programs
• Handle employee inquiries and issues professionally, objectively, and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently in accordance with company regulations and applicable provisions
• Prepare HR reports regularly and provide insights to support management decisions
• Collaborate with each division to understand workforce needs and improve HR process effectiveness

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as HRD, HR Generalist, or similar position
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employee administration
• Basic understanding of industrial relations and employment law
• Strong communication skills, ability to build working relationships, and handle issues wisely
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with integrity and ability to maintain employee data confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience in manufacturing, agroindustry, transportation, or logistics environments is a plus
