Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from needs assessment to onboarding.
• Handle hiring for operational, technical, and support roles.
• Administer personnel data, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Support orientation, training, performance evaluation and development programs.
• Address employee inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure HR policies and processes align with regulations and company rules.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decisions.
• Collaborate with divisions to understand workforce needs and improve HR processes.
