Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is looking for an HRBP Operations professional to provide support on employee-related matters and implement HR policies in Bogor, Indonesia. You will be responsible for workforce planning, industrial relations, and project management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in HR roles, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective employee relations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Employee and Manager Support :
  • Provide guidance and support on employee-related matters and HR policies.
  • Facilitate the resolution of people issues and support day-to-day HR needs.
  • Ensure excellent HR service delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct employee coaching and counseling when required.
• HR Process Implementation :
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes within the assigned functions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and recommend improvements when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and established HR procedures.
• Workforce Planning & Labor Supply :
  • Support workforce fulfillment based on operational and business requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment and manpower sourcing activities to ensure adequate labor availability.
  • Support relationships with external labor sources and local communities when required.
  • Ensure manpower availability aligns with business and production needs.
• Organization Management:
  • Maintain and update organization structures and manpower data.
  • Coordinate with business leaders regarding organization structure changes.
  • Ensure manpower requirements are aligned with approved headcount budgets.
• HR Project Management:
  • Support and coordinate local and regional HR projects.
  • Ensure HR initiatives are implemented effectively and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide necessary follow-up actions.
• Industrial Relations & External Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, local communities, and government authorities.
  • Support the management of employee relations and industrial relations matters.
  • Assist in minimizing workplace disputes and resolving employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and government regulations.
