Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an HR leader to oversee all HR activities for the Logistics Group in SEA. You will manage compliance, formality, union relations, and people relations while partnering with stakeholders to resolve pain points and improve HR processes.

The ideal candidate has a law degree and at least 5 years as an HR manager/HRBP in an international manufacturing environment, with a proven background in industrial relations.

Qualifications

• Degree in law and eligibility to work in Indonesia.
• 5+ years as HR manager/HRBP in an international manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record in industrial relations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR controlled activities for the Logistics Group.
• Oversee compliance, formality, union relations, and people relations in SEA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and provide support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high acceptance of HR agenda and cycles.
• Provide statistics on work scope to stakeholders.

Requirement

• Higher education degree in law
• HR manager or HRBP position in international manufacturing company minimum 5 years with minimum 300 headcounts
• Being champion in past cases of industrial relations
