Job summary

Paramadina is seeking a motivated undergraduate or fresh graduate to join our HR team in Jakarta as a Talent Management and HR Analytics intern. You will support Talent Management, Organizational Development, and HR initiatives, gaining practical experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with familiarity in PivotTables and data visualization a plus.

Qualifications

• Freshgraduate or undergraduate pursuing Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with PivotTables, data visualization, and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and HR analytics.
• Assist in preparing Talent Review materials, including data consolidation, analysis, and presentation decks.
• Support HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and insights for HR decision-making.
• Assist in the standardization and review of Job Descriptions and other HR documentation.
• Support HR projects through research, data preparation, project coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for HR process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Support the HR team in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and other HR initiatives.
• Assist in preparing Talent Review materials, including data consolidation, analysis, and presentation decks.
• Support HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and insights for HR decision-making.
• Assist in the standardization and review of Job Descriptions and other HR documentation.
• Support HR projects through research, data preparation, project coordination, documentation, and follow-up.

• Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Gain hands-on experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, Organizational Development, project management, and corporate HR practices, while developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with no class to attend, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Excel functions, PivotTables, data visualization, and basic data analysis is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Able to prepare clear and structured presentations, reports, and management materials.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with HR data and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
