Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Training functions.
• Develop, organize, and facilitate training programs and workshops, including scheduling, attendance logs, records, and materials; assist in developing materials and answering inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HR and training policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of training activities.
• Handle mandatory certifications.
• Handle LMS management and utilization.
• Handle invoices related to training initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and managers.
• Support general administrative tasks within HR and related parties.
