Job summary

• Experience in HR is desirable; Shared Services environment advantageous.
• Experience delivering excellent customer experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Processes all incoming calls and emails into activities and forwards to appropriate teams.
• Resolves queries with investigation and customer interaction, updating records as needed.
• Makes immediate data changes to employee information in systems; processes supporting documents.
• Provides translation support as required by the business.
• Acts as subject matter expert on Workday and HR tools; supports continuous process improvement.
