Job summary

AEON Indonesia is seeking an HR Administrator to manage BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, handle employee benefits, attendance, and HR records. You will maintain data in Talenta and coordinate with external vendors, supporting recruitment and onboarding for AEON Mall Deltamas.

The role requires 2+ years in HR/Compensation & Benefits, strong MS Excel skills, and fluent English communication. Shift work will align with mall hours; placement at AEON Mall Deltamas is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR/Compensation & Benefit experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience using HRIS (Talenta).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts based on mall operational hours.
• Willing to be placed at AEON Mall Deltamas.
