Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment activities: job postings, screening resumes, interview scheduling, background checks.
• Prepare onboarding docs and conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and leave management.
• Support payroll by collecting and verifying timekeeping data and leave requests.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various HR functions to ensure efficient and effective HR services within PT Santosa Agrindo.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Prepare and process new employee onboarding documentation and conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and personnel files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare schemes.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping data, leave requests, and other relevant information.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses as required.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews and related documentation.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in an HR generalist or administrative role, preferably within the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree of integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
