Job summary

JAPFA, a prominent agribusiness company in Indonesia, is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across HR functions. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and records management within PT Santosa Agrindo.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 1–3 years of HR experience, and shows strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR generalist or admin role, preferably in agribusiness/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment activities: job postings, screening resumes, interview scheduling, background checks.
• Prepare onboarding docs and conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and leave management.
• Support payroll by collecting and verifying timekeeping data and leave requests.
• Prepare HR reports and analyses as required.
