Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Collection & Analysis Staff to join our team in Surabaya. You will systematically collect, organize, and interpret data to support decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities include designing data collection strategies, validating data, maintaining databases, performing analyses, and producing dashboards for stakeholders. Collaboration with production, sales, and marketing is essential to deliver analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in data collection, data entry, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, R, Python, SPSS, SAS).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Collection & Analysis Staff to join our team at PT Multi Farmindo Jaya. This role involves systematically gathering, organizing, and interpreting various data sets to support informed decision-making across the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective strategies for data collection from various sources, including internal systems, external databases, surveys, and field observations.


• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.


• Develop and maintain robust databases and data management systems to store and retrieve information efficiently.


• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend identification to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.


• Create clear, concise, and impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to relevant stakeholders.


• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., production, sales, marketing) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.


• Identify areas for process improvement in data collection and analysis methodologies.


• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.
