• Prepare onboarding docs and conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer benefits programs, leave management, welfare schemes.
• Support payroll data collection and timekeeping verification.
• Assist with HR reports and policy inquiries.
• Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
