Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level degree in health and safety or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to conduct training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver health and safety training on topics like hazard ID and emergency procedures.

  • Promote a positive safety culture through communication and engagement.

Job Summary

The HS Coordinator at PT Santosa Agrindo is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
  • Assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees, covering topics such as hazard identification, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, training, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with company health and safety policies, procedures, and national regulations.
  • Support the implementation of risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Assist in the preparation of health and safety reports for management.
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the organization through effective communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably within an industrial or agricultural setting.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., AK3 Umum) is highly desirable.
