Job summary

Rocketindo is looking for an HR Specialist to support people operations, strengthen HR processes, and help build a structured, high-performing workplace in Jakarta. You’ll work closely with team leaders to ensure recruitment runs smoothly, onboarding and offboarding are well-documented, and HR processes stay compliant as the company grows.

• Strong understanding of HR administration, employment contracts, and basic labor regulations.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage data and documents across multiple HR processes.
• Able to communicate clearly, handle employee matters professionally, and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete documentation and smooth employee transitions.
• Prepare employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), addendums, and HR-related letters.
• Maintain accurate employee data, attendance records, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll data preparation, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and BPJS administration.
• Assist in performance management processes, KPI documentation, and appraisal cycles.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.

What You’ll Do:
