Job summary

PT GOTO GOJEK TOKOPEDIA TBK is seeking an Individual Contributor in the HRIS family to support the People and Culture tools landscape. You will partner with PAC leadership and people business partners to translate data into meaningful insights and generate key reports for the business while handling highly confidential information with maturity and trust.

The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing HRIS platforms (including L&D and survey tools) and collaborating with stakeholders across PAC

Job description

It\'s an Individual Contributor role, part of the HRIS team. This broader team drives and maintains the People and Culture tools across the department/ function for example, L&D tools, survey tools as well as Workday. Working in this team - your key stakeholders are the PAC leadership team and people business partners. You\'ll work very closely with all teams across PAC translating data into meaningful insights so we can identify and manage relevant interventions and generate key reports for the business. This role has access to lost of sensitive information so maturity and trust are important aspect for this role.
