Job summary

PT. Wakaka Group Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from screening to onboarding, and to assist with HR administrative tasks.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, preferably in F&B, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology or management. You will maintain employee data, support HR activities, and help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with talent acquisition, minimum 2 years (F&B is a plus).
• Bachelor degree in psychology, management, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Screening until Onboarding).
• Assist in maintaining employee data and documentation.
• Help organize HR activities.
• Manage Employee Relations as part of HR Administration.
• Contribute to daily HR operations and projects.
