Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HR professional to drive end-to-end recruitment, coordinate employee relations, and organize company events in West Java. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations and Recruitment.
• Proven experience in handling recruitment processes and coordinating employee or company events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, humble, adaptable, and able to build relationships with diverse backgrounds.
• Public speaking skills with confident, professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessment, and hiring coordination.
• Manage employee relations: engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
• Organize and coordinate company events, employee activities, and engagement programs.
• Maintain positive relationships between employees and management to support a harmonious working environment.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, organizational development, and employee-related programs.
• Perform other duties to support the team and ensure smooth HR operations.
