Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HR Intern to join our team, offering hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within a dynamic business setting.

You will assist with job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining confidential HR records, while supporting HR projects and internal communications. This role is ideal for launching a career in HR consulting and generalist HR functions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate in HR, psychology or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Indonesian communication.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment processes and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding for new employees: documentation and orientation coordination.
• Maintain HR databases and confidential records.
• Assist in administering HR policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, filing).
• Support employee engagement and internal communications initiatives.
• Assist with HR reports and metrics as requested by Head of People.
• Participate in HR-related projects and special assignments.
