Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat is seeking a Recruitment Staff to handle the full recruitment lifecycle and to support the HR/GA manager.

You will ensure all new joiner documents are complete, work closely with users to understand staff requirements, oversee probation periods and evaluations, and maintain accurate HR records in the database. This role requires detail orientation and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree of any major; Psychology or Management Degree will be advantage
• Understand psychological test
• Understand BEI Interview
• Detail-oriented and administrative minded
• Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; firm and independent

Responsibilities

• Responsible of all recruitment end to end process
• Assist to HR/GA manager
• Ensure all documents of new joiners are complete
• Work closely with users to understand their staff requirements, specific job objectives
• Responsible to manage the probation period of all new joiners, as well as their probation evaluation assessment
• Responsible for keeping track of status contractual agreement of all employees
• HR Administration, Updating HR database (Employee data, Leave days, Contract)
