Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS data, producing dashboards, driving process improvements, and coordinating onboarding and mandatory trainings while upholding policy standards and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role in the manufacturing industry
• Deep knowledge of Learning & Development, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training and development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain the annual training calendar, training matrix, and employee competency mapping
• Identify employee skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives to support competency development and business objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, onboarding, and mandatory training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events and handle employee relations.
• Support HR initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Compiles statistical reports for departments. Has working knowledge of many software packages.
