Energizer Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Payroll & HR Administration Executive in Indonesia to manage payroll for non-managerial staff and maintain attendance and personnel records.

You will ensure accurate salary calculations, overtime payments, and timely payroll processing while safeguarding confidential HR information. The role requires a diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or accounting, and experience in payroll and HR administration.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of attendance, overtime, leave and employee payroll processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll records.
• Good organisational and administrative skills and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and verify attendance records, including absences, leave and overtime.
• Calculate monthly salaries, overtime payments and other earnings accurately.
• Coordinate and process monthly salary payments through bank transfers.
• Prepare and report monthly labour costs and payroll expenses to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate salary adjustment records and employee files.
• Safeguard confidential employee information and HR documents.
• Support HR department with day-to-day administration and tasks.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by supervisor.
