Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an HR professional to support attendance, HR administration, and record-keeping in Cianjur. This role focuses on ensuring accurate attendance data and smooth HR operations for a manufacturing environment.

You will ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (K3L), monitor attendance including leave, permission, lateness, and overtime, and prepare attendance recapitulation as the basis for payroll calculation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Law, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or 1–3 years HR experience advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR administration.
• Strong communication and coordination with employees and management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong administrative and data management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and handling employee issues.

Responsibilities
