Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR activities, ensure policy implementation, and align HR programs with production needs. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Successful candidates will have 3–5 years in HR, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS. On-site work in Pekalongan is expected with a focus on manufacturing-facing HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and labor regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or large-scale organization is preferred.
• HR certification (BNSP or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily HR activities and ensure implementation of HR policies.
• Lead recruitment and selection for operator, staff, and supervisory roles.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee administration processes.
• Develop and maintain employee relations and address concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and HR-related administration.
• Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational needs.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate manpower planning with other departments.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports (recruitment, turnover, attendance, training).
• Support HR audits and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to resolve HR-related issues.
• Supervise and develop HR team members for improved performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and services.
