Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR administration is preferred.
• Good understanding of attendance, overtime, leave and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payroll and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify employee attendance records for payroll processing.
• Calculate monthly salaries, overtime payments and other earnings.
• Coordinate and process monthly salary payments via bank transfers.
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and payroll records.
• Safeguard confidential HR information and ensure proper filing and access.
