This is a Human Resources leadership position responsible for building efficient organizational structures, managing workforce optimization, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and Indonesian labor regulations across a healthcare group.
Create efficient organizational structures to achieve best industry practices
Develop job descriptions, duties, and functions for all workforce members across the group
Conduct efficiency and optimization of all workforce and medical team
Manage hiring and training to ensure all main workflows are executed according to SOP
Maintain and inventory candidate pool to ensure smooth company operations and support growth needs
Assist in creating control systems and KPIs for all workforce and doctors to measure performance and efficiency
Maintain good relationships with all clinic personnel, medical team, and head office to ensure workforce welfare
Coordinate training for all personnel to implement established SOPs
Evaluate performance of all workforce to achieve targets and ensure all personnel duties are executed
Coordinate with all divisions and Finance/Payroll teams to ensure smooth business operations and appropriate compensation
Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources with experience as Supervisor
Understanding of recruitment processes, industrial relations, payroll, and Indonesian labor regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and solve problems effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS is a plus
Active involvement in HR and operational matters
Willing to work overtime if required and work on Saturdays if needed
