DayOne is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to deliver efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle in Jakarta. This role emphasizes standardized processes, data accuracy, and high-quality service to employees and stakeholders.

You will manage onboarding, transfers, and visa applications, maintain HRIS records, generate statutory reports, support benefits, and advise on HR policies while ensuring data privacy and compliance with labour laws.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in centralized teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, probation, transfers, and promotions.
• Coordinate orientation logistics and visa applications.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare reports for statutory reporting and analytics.
• Support benefits administration and privacy/compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and drive process improvements.
