Job summary

This role focuses on executing standardized HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing high-quality service to employees and stakeholders.**Job Responsibilities:****EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE SUPPORT*** Manage HR administrative tasks related to onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer and promotions.* Manage orientation logistic.* Experience in managing visa application**DATA MANAGEMENT*** Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure timely updates.* Generate reports for statutory reporting and analytic purposes.* Ensure adherence to data privacy and labour law requirements.* Support benefit administration including enrolment, claims and queries.* Ensure compliance with data privacy and labour law requirements.**EMPLOYEE SUPPORT & CASE MANAGEMENT*** Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.* Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.* Support HR transformation initiatives and system implementation.**Qualifications:*** At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in centralized team* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
