Job summary

Siloam Hospitals in Bekasi is seeking a HR Operations professional to manage the hospital's HR department in line with Group standards and local regulations. You will handle end-to-end HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and records management.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in psychology, human resource management, or law.
• 1–2 years of work experience in the same position.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding HR best practices including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of the hospital's HR department in accordance with Group HR standards and regulations.
• Handle recruitment processes, staff contracts and onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, etc.
• Maintain staff data and records in the HRIS and ensure accuracy of all records.
• Support recruiting backend and administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, background checks, contracting, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and reports; ensure payroll data is accurate before submission to Head Office HR and Hospital Finance.
• Collaborate with Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement activities across the hospital.
